Soil Sement® Engineered Formula is a polymer emulsion designed to stabilize surfaces and subgrades, regardless of soil composition.
Its patented nanotechnology-based formulation allows our scientists to control matter at the atomic and molecular scale, creating bonds that enhance compressive strength and load-bearing capacity across all soil types.
There are multiple formulations of Soil Sement® Engineered Formula, each differing in molecular chain length and active ingredient concentration. Every formulation is specifically developed to address distinct soil conditions, load requirements, and site temperatures.
The first Soil Sement® Engineered Formula was introduced in 1975 and has been successfully used worldwide for the construction of roads—both for light and heavy loads—as well as landing strips for medium-sized aircraft. Due to its liquid form and advanced composition, it can be sprayed onto surfaces to suppress dust, preserve road integrity, and improve soil load capacity.
Soil Sement® Engineered Formula eliminates the cost of sourcing new soil, enabling the reuse of existing materials while enhancing working conditions for operators. Since it is a liquid, it eliminates harmful dust emissions, making it a safer and more sustainable solution
