EnviroKleen® is the first synthetic agent designed for dust suppression on unpaved roads, completely eliminating water usage. EnviroKleen® captures dust and fine particles, keeping them locked into the surface and preventing them from being released into the air due to wind or vehicle traffic, whether light or heavy.
EnviroKleen®‘s synthetic fluid binder durably bonds surface aggregates and fines through cohesive and adhesive mechanisms. EnviroKleen® is a patented two-part system, designed to deliver high-performance dust control. It consists of a custom-engineered synthetic carrier fluid and the viscoelastic polymer binder, KleenBinder®.
The synthetic carrier fluid is micro-engineered to optimize EnviroKleen®‘s ability to penetrate unpaved surfaces and deeply permeate between soil particles. This unique design ensures uniform distribution of the powerful binding system across the entire unpaved surface, coating all aggregate and soil particles to a depth of up to 5 cm.
Thanks to its molecular strength, EnviroKleen® is not washed away by rain and does not evaporate, even at extremely high temperatures, ensuring long-lasting dust-free periods. Additionally, EnviroKleen® application on natural soil improves the CBR value.
